
CrossGuard Premium Service
What is CrossGuard Premium Service?
- Small issues: such as running out of spare bands, we will send a replacement kit free of charge.
- Medium issues: (fixable by the customer), we provide replacement parts and a video tutorial.
- Big issues: customers can send gloves for repair at CrossGuard Headquarters. Repairs occur within 2 weeks (counting from when the gloves arrive at CrossGuard) and are returned after.
- Total loss: If upon inspection by CrossGuard, gloves can't be repaired, a new pair of gloves is sent.
Issues could be due to manufacturing errors or due to wear and tear happening under circumstances of normal intended use (HEMA practice with blunt weapons). If you put your ProGauntlets in an industrial blender or toss them in a live volcano, it’s on you.
Please note that CrossGuard makes guarantees only on repair times and not shipping times. But we’ll do our best to get your fixed gloves to you as soon as possible!
CrossGuard Premium Service is free for all CrossGuard customers up until 365 days after the ProGauntlets have been delivered. After the first year, a periodical service fee will be charged and additional conditions might apply. Additional info will be included soon.
